Can stands for Collaborative Action Network.ย We are a network of self advocates, service providers, families, caregivers, and professionals who work collaboratively to take actions that will make our community a better place to live for individuals with special needs and disabilities.
Greenville CAN is not a program, nor does it provide direct services.ย The power of Greenville CAN lies in the collective action of our network to facilitate sustainable and system level change.ย Greenville CAN serves as a metaphorical table for community members and organizations to come together to form partnerships, develop strategies to solve community challenges, and influence positive community change.
Join the Movement
Making our community a better place to live for people with disabilities is a group effort and everyone is welcome and encouraged to join along.ย Every organization and individual who joins our email list becomes part of Greenville CAN and part of the movement.ย When we add our voices, our ideas, and our effort together, we CAN make Greenville a more equitable and inclusive place for people with disabilities to live.
