January 14 & 15: ADA Title II Standards Training & ADA Recreation Standards
Greenville CAN presents a two day ADA training focused on Title II (Government) ADA Standards and ADA Recreation Standards. CEU Certificates and AIA Credits Available.
Presenters: Robin James, Director of the Great Lakes ADA Center & Sandy Hanebrink, Executive Director of Touch the Future
DAY 1: Provides an overview of ADA Title 11 requirements and standards.
- Compare ADA standards with State Building Codes and Regulations
- Review of regulations enforced by the Department of Justice & Department of Transportation
- Review of ADA changes since March 15, 2011
- Common errors and omissions on construction projects
- Best practices for new construction and existing facilities.
