Thrive Upstate is the largest and oldest provider of services to people with disabilities in Greenville County. Services are provided at no cost through the Medicaid voucher system (self-pay is also an option). Individuals enrolled in Day Services have the option to participate in a wide variety of classes, activities, community outings, and skill-building workshops.

Thrive Upstate provides comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities in Greenville County, South Carolina. These services include early intervention for children (0-5 years) and their families, residential housing, day programs, employment support, and specialized care for those with head and spinal cord injuries. These programs are designed to promote independence, inclusion, and personal growth across all stages of life.
